Return Policy

At Solvea, we take pride in our quality and customer satisfaction. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order.


1. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your order must meet the following conditions:

Original Condition – The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all components & accessories.
No Signs of Misuse – Products must not be damaged due to improper handling.
Hygiene Products – Any personal care items must be thoroughly cleaned before returning.
Defective on Arrival – If your item arrived faulty, you may return it for a replacement or refund.

🔹 Important Note: Solvea reserves the right to refuse returns if the item has been used, damaged, or altered beyond acceptable use.


2. How to Initiate a Return

If your order meets the return conditions, follow these steps:

📩 Step 1: Email us at info@solveajewels.com with the following details:
✔ Order Number
✔ Reason for Return
✔ Picture of the Item (if damaged)
✔ Full Name
✔ Shipping Address

📍 Step 2: After reviewing your request, we will provide the correct return address.

DO NOT return the item to the sender’s address. We will provide specific return instructions via email.

💡 Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.


3. Processing Time for Returns

✔ Returns are processed within 1-5 business days after we receive your item.
✔ If your return is approved, we will issue a refund within 14 days.
✔ Refunds will be processed via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
No additional fees will be charged for refunds.


4. Right of Withdrawal (Order Cancellation Policy)

You have the right to cancel your order under the following conditions:

📅 Cancellation Window: You can cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day you (or a designated recipient) received the item.

🔹 Orders Already Shipped: Once an order is processed, it cannot be canceled. If the package is in transit, you must wait until you receive the item and then request a return.

📩 How to Cancel: To cancel your order within 14 days, email info@solveajewels.com with your order details. The withdrawal process is complete once we receive the returned goods.

💡 Return shipping costs for canceled orders are the responsibility of the customer.


5. Shipping & Order Tracking

📦 International Shipping – Our products are shipped from international warehouses, which may lead to longer transit times due to customs clearance or courier delays.

🚫 Once an order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. You will need to receive the package and process a return as per our policy.

📩 For faster returns, please send us proof of shipment once your return is sent.


6. Refund Process

✔ Once we receive and inspect your return, a full refund (excluding shipping costs) will be issued within 14 days.
✔ Refunds are processed via the same payment method used for your purchase.
No extra fees will be deducted for refunds.
