At Solvea, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every order. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel or return an item. Please review our policy below to understand your options and the steps to follow.
30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns

The item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
To Start a Return
Contact us at info@solveajewels.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you detailed return instructions, including the address of our return facility.
Please note: Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Solvea processes all returns through our European warehouse.
Therefore, return shipping costs are at your own expense, and may be higher for customers located outside of Europe (e.g. in Australia).
We understand that international returns can be costly, which is why we also offer an alternative solution (see below).
Inspection and Refund
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item within 3–5 business days.
If approved, we will process your refund. This may take up to 10 business days to appear in your original payment method.
If 15 business days have passed and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us again.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and provide a solution.
Cancellation Policy
We allow cancellations within 10 minutes of placing your order.
If you wish to cancel, please email us immediately at info@solveajewels.com with your order number.
After 10 minutes, your order enters our processing system and can no longer be cancelled, as it may already be prepared for shipment. In this case, our standard return policy applies.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as: • Perishable goods (food, flowers, or plants) • Custom products (special orders or personalized items) • Personal care goods (beauty products) • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your item is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without justification.
Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, and with proof of purchase.
Return Options
Option 1: Return the Item
If you wish to return your item, ship it to the address we provide after approval.
Shipping is at your own expense. Once the item is received and approved, we will issue a refund within 10 business days.
Option 2: Keep the Item (No Return Needed)
If returning is not feasible, you may keep the item and receive up to a 15% refund of your order total.
This allows you to avoid shipping costs while still being partially compensated.
You are welcome to gift the item to friends or family.
